I start each of these 14mm wigwag slides with a clear borosilicate tube. I draw on individual lines of colored glass, pull it down thin, then twist it one way and the other to form the wigwag pattern. I spot-heat and shape it until the color flow feels right, then blow it back out smooth.
After that, I attach two contrasting color ends and add a lip wrap to frame the pattern. I finish it with a 14mm joint, anti-roll dots and a small paddle so it’s steady and easy to grab.
